Hi there,

I don't have the exact pay for Riyadh McK BA pay, however I do know that Bain Dubai pays around $85k. MBB and the ME are normally comparable in pay so I would be surprised if McK Riyadh was outside the $80k-$90k range.

Hi there,

First of all, congratulations on the invitation by McKinsey!

This is indeed an interesting question which is probably relevant for quite a lot of users, so I am happy to provide my perspective on it:

  • Generally speaking, I would highly advise you to get in touch with employees of McKinsey Riyadh, politely ask them for a coffee chat and properly time your compensation question in there. This way, you will get a lot of useful information for your upcoming interviews either way. They are also most probably the only people who are able to tell you for sure.
  • Still, compensation normally is around $80-90k in Riyadh for undergrads and Master's student.

In case you want a more detailed discussion on how to best network with employees of your potential future employer, please feel free to contact me directly.

I hope this helps,

Hagen

Pay in Dubai is around USD 75K base and USD 5-10K bonus. In the first year you also get a signing + relocation bonus of around USD 10K. So In Dubai, TC for year 1 is approx. USD 85K.

Pay in Riyadh is around USD 85K base and USD 6-12K bonus. The signing + relocation is same as Dubai. So in Riyadh, TC for year 1 is approx. USD 100K.

Note: these numbers are for Bain & Company, but McKinsey's pay should be similar. Also, McKinsey has stopped hiring for Dubai, not sure if this would affect above numbers.

Good luck!
