Hi,
I recently received an offer from McKinsey as an Implementation Coach. I am a very recent MBA graduate from INSEAD (McKinsey target school) but secured my offer through my own network and not via campus recruitment.
I would specifically like to know which level is equivalent to the MBA hiring level in the implementation track - Is it the Implementation Coach or Senior Implementation Coach level?
Should I negotiate for the Senior Implementation Coach position? The role is for one of the European offices.
Thanks

Hi Anonymous,
Implementation Coach is equivalent to Associate, hence post MBA. Senior Implementation Coach is equivalent to Engagement Manager - so without significant experience in managing teams and projects, you should refrain from negotiating here!
Hope this clarifies things for you.
Cheers, Sidi
