Hey, I'm from Israel, we have only McKinsey and BCG here so it's MB instead of MBB.
I have an offer from both for an undergraduate general consultant role. I'm trying to understand what are the differences between the two specifically in Israel. Mainy in professionalism, culture, and perks.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

The core difference between them is that BCG is more regionally based, whereas McK is more international.
Since you are based in Israel, I would expect with BCG most of the projects will be within the country, since you're basically surrounded by less-politically friendly nations to Israel.
With McK you'd have more flexibility to work outside, since they don't have a regionally-focused operating model.

I highly highly recommend you 1) Google and 2) Network.
We can provide a breakdown here, but there's so much to parse through. Go through their websites, look at the thousands of articles on the companies, and talk to people at the firms.
I don't have an answer so I won't attempt to say anything misleading. One thing worth noting is that McKinsey Israel is now part of McKinsey UK & Ireland where the Tel Aviv office is led by a former London senior partner.
In Israel specifically - I would recommend BCG any day (atmosphere and professionalism).
