Hi there,

Technically it's not a must but consider your competition for entry level roles - in Europe it's fairly common for students nowadays to do undegrad + postgrad degrees back to back. There's very few people with undegrad “only” (don't want to diminish this in any way - you get the point), which is different from other regions like US or Australia, where a postgrad is more optional or comes later after a few years of working.

Hence, you can get in but your competition will likely have an edge over you for the same position.

Hope this helps a bit. Best of luck!

Hi there,

Do you do not. Plenty of candidates get hired straight out of university (undergrad) and after several years of working.

A master's degree will actually most likely land you a consultant role not an entry-level role!

For Entry-level you do not need a masters. If you do a MBA you will join at one level above
