I am considering position at Monitor Deloitte in Germany. Can anybody tell how the MBA sponsorship goes? Who qualifies and what are the terms?

This really differs from firm to firm and geography to geography.

Honestly, you won't get a really good answer here.

You need to reach out to Deloitte themselves. Either to HR (which doesn't really work unless you have an offer from them) or network with some of their recent hires.

So, in general, within the firm you need to apply for the MBA sponsorship. You will then be approved based on how long you've been at the firm, your case/argument, and your overall performance at the firm (and who backs you)
