Yes, it is generally candidate-led. The general rule for all interviews is to follow the guidance of the interviewer. I've had candidates who went into a Bain interview thinking it was candidate-led, only for the interviewer to drive it. Just always go in being flexible…and “default” to driving the case forward.
In general, they are more focused on healthcare, agriculture, sustainability.
It is very risky to assume anything when it comes to interviews…
Learn the process of problem solving, frameworking, and structured thinking and you won't have to guess/memorize/predict everything…because you'll be able to solve anything.
