Hello,

I have two questions related to this case:

1) Do the interviewees need to come up with the answer 1,2,3 by themself? Or will the information & data of them be provided upfront?

2) if the interviewee only come to the answer 1 - battery warranty, for example, will the interviewer help the interviewees to come to the other answers or is it directly a minus point from the interviewer point of view?

3) for the answer 3, Question 2:  Which percentage of customers has to buy the warranty in order to keep WyCar’s profit margin from model “300” stable?

Answer: 80% of customers have to buy the warranty – average profit from the service is € 1,250 and the price decline to be compensated is € 1,000.

Can you explain how can we get €1250  and 80%?

Best regards,

Yiqing
