Applying/ getting an interview: It depends on what level/position. We do a 'milkround' recruitment for JCs in Q4, JC Interns in Q1 and year-round for most other levels.
Selection process: After the CV screening, we have two rounds. First, an in-person 'GMAT-style' reasoning test (multiple choice) and two interviews with Consultants/SCs. In the second round, another two interviews with Partner/Principal/Senior PM.
The projects are a mix of Corporate Strategy and M&A (DDs and other M&A related assignments), sometimes it's lots of DDs, but sometimes a lot of wider Strategy work. We work cross-industry, but notable focus areas include Aerospace, Industrials, Engineered Products, Life Sciences.
