I am a former Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a Princeton graduate, where I studied Public and International Affairs. Before joining consulting, I went through the full consulting recruiting process myself, including extensive case preparation and networking with consultants across firms.
During my time at BCG, I worked on strategy and operational transformation projects across industries including life sciences, consumer goods, TMT, and nonprofits. This experience gave me firsthand exposure to how consultants approach complex problems, structure analyses, and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders.
I am passionate about mentoring candidates because I know how opaque and intimidating the consulting recruiting process can feel at first. When I was preparing for interviews, conversations with experienced consultants were incredibly helpful in helping me understand what firms are truly looking for.
My goal as a coach is to help candidates build strong problem-solving fundamentals, develop clear communication, and gain confidence in interviews. I focus on practical, honest feedback and structured improvement so that candidates leave sessions with clear next steps.
