I’m Louay — great to meet you.

I’m currently a Risk Consulting Manager at EY in Dubai, and before that I spent three years at Accenture in their Toronto office. Over the years, I’ve worked across implementation, compliance, and audit engagements, supporting both public and private sector clients in capital projects across construction, energy, and transportation.

What’s important for you to know is that I’ve been on both sides of the consulting interview table. I’ve gone through the recruiting process myself as a candidate, and I’ve also led and participated in interviews, assessing how candidates think, communicate, and perform under pressure. I know firsthand what interviewers listen for — and where strong candidates often unintentionally lose points.

Working with global teams across North America and the Middle East has shaped the way I approach coaching: practical, structured, and human. I focus on helping you develop clear problem‑solving, confident communication, and sound business judgment — not just to “get through” cases, but to come across as someone interviewers would actually want to work with.

My goal is to make your preparation focused, supportive, and effective, so you walk into your interviews feeling prepared, calm, and confident.
