I have experience with interviews for Associate, Junior Consultant, Consultant, Project Leader roles, both in generalist strategy consulting track as well as for the Technology & Digital Advantage Practice.

I am a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, which is globally the top recognised association for high quality coaches. I have completed over 350+ hours of coaching training.
7+ years of experience as strategy consultant at BCG
I started as Associate in the Amsterdam office, got promoted to Consultant and joined the Technology & Digital Advantage practice area. Then transferred permanently to the Melbourne office and got promoted to Project Leader. In my last year at BCG I was internal Team Performance Coach across our Australia & New Zealand offices and Expert Project Leader working with clients on culture transformation, people development and digital upskilling.
