What was your biggest defeat so far?
The key here is to turn your defeat into a victory at the end. So, reach the climax of the story where you face defeat, but then finish by talking about how you tried again, persevered, took a new approach, etc. and eventually achieved a big victory. Alternatively, finish by saying what you've learned, how much stronger it has made you in x category, or how you always use this as a reminder to do x.
during working with my father once i did the deal wronged because of procrastination that was the biggest defeated for me at the starting of my career
but latter i correct my mistake and the meeting went well but i lost my tour oppotunity
When I was working on a task but I didn;t addressed a mistake that i knew while I was working on the same, later my manager asked me that due to some silly mistakes by my end, the output got all rugged and pointless
realising that my ambitions are sometimes above my abilities and that I need to stick to grinding the work out to get there
I can remember when I started a new project last year. It was a topic that if successfully solved could lead to a huge impact in my field. However, even after more than 6 months of trying, I could not come up with a solution. That was when I started feeling really defeated. Nothing I came up with seemed to help. That is when I realised I had indeed misunderstood the problem. I started thinking about just the problem from scratch, and eventually I found a promising idea. I realized that my defeat was due to poor planning on my part, and not due to a lack of hard work. Ever since whenever I start on something new, I make sure I am formulating the problem well.
