What is the OC&C assessment like?

Hi there,

• Pre-interview: OC&C is usually doing an online interview (HireVue) and a test similar to the SOVA or TestGorilla.
• Interview: Expect normal cases, usually candidate-led, and general fit interviews. In the past, I talked to people who also went through a group discussion.
