Hi all,
I am currently preparing for the final round at BCG (Germany), and wondering what to expect at the BCG real-life interview. What are example situations for the interviews?
Would be happy to get some insights!

Hi!
Congratulations on getting a final round interview! Could you possibly be a bit more specific about what you mean by the ‘real-life’ interview? Final rounds are typically similar to earlier rounds in that they consist of a case interview + a behavioral interview, but are typically conducted by more senior consultants (partner / engagement manager level). If you can give a bit more detail as to what insights you're looking for, I would be happy to provide more specific guidance.
Hi there,
I'm not sure what you mean?
The “real life” interview is a case with fit/behavioral.
Like anything in life, you should be flexivble/adaptable. They may rush through the case, or skip the fit. They may have 0 exhibits/charts or they may have 5. They may just ask brainstorming questions or they may have a completely unconventional case.
Just be ready for anything, be adaptable, and have a conversation!
Hi there,
I understand you are talking about the BCG real-life interviews done in Germany (2-3 questions, each requiring 12-15 minutes, in addition to the standard cases), usually done in the final round.
I helped a few candidates with that and know a few of the typical questions asked, please feel free to PM me for more info.
Best,
Francesco
