First of all, let me thank you for sharing this video.
It was incredible fascinating seeing Steve Jobs basicaly breaking down market analysis, forecasting, competitive advantage and creating a strategy for a real company (NeXT).
It really shows the true applications of management consulting and allows to make the case prep much more fun as well. Please share more videos like this in the future!
For your question, I wouldn't dare to improve Steve Jobs work in any way! :P
