Sia Partners in the Middle East

Hi All,

Anybody has any insights on Sia Partners as a firm in Middle East. Is Sia Partners in the same league as the Big 4 or more in the league of RB, OW? Are they considered in good repute within consulting?

Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:

  • First of all, yes, Sia Partners has been gaining a solid reputation in the Middle East. However, it's not typically considered in the same league as the Big 4 or the strategy consulting incumbents. While respected, Sia Partners is more aligned with the profile of boutique consulting firms, which specialize in specific industries or types of consulting.
  • Moreover, I would highly advise you to network with current and past employees and perform your own research on Sia Partners to get a better understanding of their market position and reputation.

You can find more on this topic here: Boutique consulting companies.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on your specific situation, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

Hi!

Haven't personally coached candidates for Sia yet, so unfortunately I cannot give you a very tailored answer.

My recommendation would be to network with some of their current consultants. This will help you get a granular understanding of how they work and what they focus on.

In terms of how to get these conversations going, you might find helpful the following guide:

Good luck!

Hi there,

It's definitely not in the Big4 league (almost by definition they are in their own league). I'd say they are more with RB/OW, but, honestly, probably even below them.

Definitely make sure to network in the Middle East itself to understand this (Sia Partners is not a big enough firm globally, and not ranked highly enough for many of us to really know its official reputation in one region)

Hi there, I would say they are not the strongest option in the region. Ping me a DM, happy to do a intro to top notch boutique advisory in the region. Warm regards, Frederic

Hi,

Do a targeted search of their employees on LinkedIn in the region and ask their consultants directly. There's no better source of insight.
