The case is somewhat similar to the generalist case. Think of it as a generalist case interview "minus". 2 key differences:

• There are similarities in what they expect of the core skills, but you will not be tested as strictly on those versus the generalist either in terms of the format of the interview or depth of the questions
• You will be tested on your technical expertise and are expected to combine this with the core skills tested above

For the mini case, expect to discuss how you would approach designing an AI platform, including architecture, data, model selection, scalability, security, and how you would translate business requirements into a practical solution.

I’d specifically look for a coach with hands on BCG Platinion, AI architecture, or cloud/platform experience rather than a generalist case coach. Also be ready to explain your own projects in depth, including the technical trade offs and business impact.
