Reapplying to an Office, I filled a complaint against, is it worth my time?

Hi Everyone, as the question states, I unfortunately had to file a complaint against one of the MBBs here because they did not offer me accommodations, despite my stating the rules and regulations, which they follow. I had filed a whistleblower complaint against them, and it was handled internally.  HR also went out of line and told my referral that "we don't offer accommodations," and asked me to inform him of that. This happened in 2024. The company still has my applications pending, and I haven't reapplied since. Can anyone advise me on whether I should attempt to reapply?

Also, I reached out to the case handler for advice.
