I graduated in June 2026 and I’m now considering applying for the Business Analyst role at McKinsey Casablanca. I did not apply during the final year of my Master’s, so I’m trying to understand the best timing now.
I know McKinsey Morocco generally recommends applying 4–6 months before your desired start date. From the profiles I’ve seen, however, many fresh graduates seem to join the Casablanca office around September, shortly after graduation.
I’m currently waiting on a few other opportunities that should become clearer by the end of September, so ideally I would prefer to make my final decision around then rather than applying immediately.
My questions are:
1. Does McKinsey Casablanca regularly have Business Analyst hires/cohorts starting in January or February, or is September the main intake for fresh graduates?
2. If January/February starts do exist, would applying around late September or even early October still be realistic for a January/February 2027 start, or would that already be considered too late?
Any insight into the typical Casablanca timeline from application → Solve → interviews → offer → start date would also be extremely helpful.
