I got invited for an R1 interview for an entry-level role at Kearney in SEA. I can't really find much information about Kearney interviews, so I would really appreciate any input.
What is the interview format? Is it similar to BCG, where you start with fit, followed by a case interview? And how long is the case interview?
Is the case interview candidate-led?
What are the typical cases I should prepare for? I've done some research and noticed that Kearney is more focused on financial services and operations.
Any tips or advice on what I should pay attention to or what interviewers look for in a candidate?
