Kearney Dubai

Hi community!

I am wondering if anyone knows how the recruiting process looks like at Kearney Dubai office? Especially, what kind of test do they use?

Thank you!

Hey there,

The interview process is fairly standardized as it is for other firms.

I believe they employ the Kearney Recruitment Test, which consists of the following segments:

  • 1.1 Quantitative: Logical counting questions
  • 1.2 Quantitative: Statements
  • 2.1 Verbal: Understanding of logical text
  • 2.2 Verbal: Reading a passage
  • 3.1 Case studies: Reading a table of numbers
  • 3.2 Case studies: Reading a graph

Linking to external websites does not work but if you google ‘’Kearney Recruitment Test'' you will find the official Kearney mock test on their website.

This is then followed by two rounds of fit and candidate-led case interviews.

Cheers,

Florian

Hi there,

The test is rather standardised across offices. You should expect a combination of the four:

1. Logical reasoning (i.e., what's the next shape in the patter)

2. GMAT-type exercises (e.g., two trains start from different points going at x speed)

3. Business judgement (e.g., chart interpretation)

4. Reading comprehension (e.g., synthesising a business article or being asked questions from it to test your understanding).

For all of these you can find materials online to support you.

Best,

Cristian

Hi there,

Things change so rapidly across companies, countries, role levels etc., it's pretty impossible to keep track!

That said, the most likely scenario is that you go through a screening phase with or without an online assessment, and without or without an HR call.

From there, you should have 2 rounds of interviews with some combination of case and fit.

If you have to do an online assessment, you should prepare in much the same way for the others (they are all, for the most part, a combination of the GMAT/GRE and a case).

Hi there,

You normally have 2 rounds of interviews, including fit and case.

The test at Kearney usually includes:

  1. Quant part: multiple choices on a quant question
  2. Verbal part: multiple choices on a text / full passage
  3. Case study part: multiple choices on a graph/table

In case you need help please feel free to PM me, I helped several candidates for Kearney Dubai and know 25+ real questions asked there.

Hello!

Most likely classic test + 2 rounds of 2 interviews.

However, this info will be displayed either in the web or either you will be able to clarify with HR as soon as your CV passes the cut.

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Clara
