Just joined McKinsey Embark starts tomorrow (What to expect) ?

Hi All,

I just joined McKinsey, completed NHO and the Embark(FSP) starts tomorrow. For FSP its just one day but I'm still very anxious about it. I'm from tech background (not a consultant). Could anyone who's been though this process help me with:

  1. What to expect
  2. How should I prep for it?
