I have 2 questions (1.) Under potential for market size, for buses- why was 10.245.545.45 and 1.250.000 not multiplied by 2? The initial background stated 2 units per bus. (2.) Additionally, how was the school year subscription calculated 25M and 3.118M

  • Life span: The product would have a 5-year life span
  • Inhabitants: 8,8 Mio (AUT) | 83,2 Mio (GER) / Number of states: 9 (AUT) | 16 (GER)
  • Price per unit: 200€
  • Units per bus: 2 to size the market | Average bus ~ 55 seats

On number (2), this is calculated by multiplying the monthly subscription per student of EUR 0.99/month * 9 months (which is the school year) * the number of students between the age of 6-10 years old (i.e. 2.82m for Germany and 350k for AUT).
