Salary consideration per month in Break-Even-Calculation

Could someone please explain to me, why the formula in the salary calculation says Avg. annual Salary *1,2/12, and then the result is 100.000? Should this not be 10.000 per month, if we divide it by twelve? And if it is correct to include the annual salary in the monthly view, why is this so?

Appreciate any answers! Thanks

Hi Seyma, the Salaries line reflects €10k/mo per consultant x 10 consultants = €100k/mo :]

Hi Seyma,

The number is correct as they are 10 consultants. You need to multiply the average salary of 100k per consultant by 10 before you do the calculation. The result is the monthly cost you would have to pay for all salaries.

Hope that clarifies everything. If there are any further questions, let me know.

Have a great day and all the best preparing,

Kairavee
