I am unable to find the year round BCG EH Associate job posting. Can someone help? I have tried everyhting and assumed this role is open year round

It usually opens based on specific office needs, so sometimes it’s visible on the global careers page and sometimes only on individual office sites. If you don’t see it, it just means there isn’t an active posting for your target office at the moment. The best option is to either set up a job alert on the BCG careers page or reach out to HR/recruiting of the office you’re targeting to ask about timelines.
