It is difficult to judge without additional information.
You will probably need an MBA to switch to strategy consulting. You should be able to check if that’s the case looking at alumni of your company and if any of them managed to move to strategy without one.

You can do it, but it's a bit tough and requires networking. I brought in an old colleague of mine from my IT Consulting days and he successfully got into Platinion.
As you may note, he was hired in a specialist (IT/Tech) role, not as a generalist - this is generally what will occur if you go this route.
I took a slightly different route, which was pairing my Functional consultant role in IT with an MBA - this got me into a Generalist Strategy Consulting role.
The information you provided in the comments are still not enough, as specific as possible please (geo, office location, length of your job etc, specific degree beyond saying it is management).
Generally speaking, it is possible but rather tough to make the transition. Those type of roles are not regarded as highly for unknown reasons to me. I d make sure to get the best possible strategy consulting internship where all that matters is name and reputation. This may open doors to full-time interviews.
