EY-P - TSE - IT - London Office

Hi friends,

I have upcoming interview at Parthenon London office for TS&E (IT M&A) team. It is 2 hr case discussion.

What kind of case I could expect for IT Due diligence? What would be the best practise material? Can somebody help me get more details around this case study like number of questions, ppt required or not, how much detail analysis is required.

For the EY-Parthenon TS&E (IT M&A) interview, one can expect an IT due diligence case focusing on assessing the technology landscape of a target company. The case may cover IT infrastructure, cybersecurity risks, scalability, integration challenges, and cost implications. Best practice materials include consulting prep books, IT due diligence reports, and practicing frameworks like IT capability assessment and risk evaluation. The case discussion usually involves structured problem-solving, with or without a presentation (confirm with HR if slides are required). Prepare to analyze key areas such as IT costs, risks, synergies, and future scalability.
