I am not sure specifically on BCG Technology Advantage - but here is a way to get a sense of this: On linkedin, find people that used to hold your same job title, and see where they are now employed. This generally applies as a good way to quickly get an idea of what kind of jobs people get after an experience - e.g. a degree, an internship or a job.

Many recruiters will likely expect 2 years or more. At 1 year, you will still have to rely on prior experience. What you have however, is BCG's name and network behind you. Dont forget to ping the outplacement staff, they are there for you
