I have been told that the interviews for Digital McKinsey "Expert" track are slightly different than those for other roles (e.g., generalist).
In particular, I would like to apply for an Agile Advisor or Product Manager role.
Can someone share insights about the process? (possibly based on real experience)

The interview will focus mainly on the specific capabilities rather then a general case study.
Indeed - if you are applying as an Agile Advisor - the question will be related on the Agile methodology, your past experience and a potential scenario where you would lead a team with a Scrum Master.
