Canada Summer 2026 Internship Deadlines

Question

Hi All! I've noticed that the MBB firms have clearly outlined their application deadlines for their Canadian offices, but I haven't seen the same for many of the other firms. In particular, can someone please provide insight on when the following firms' Canadian offices will begin accepting applications:

EY-Parthenon
Oliver Wyman
PWC Strategy&
LEK Consulting
Kearney (ATK)
AlixPartners
Monitor Deloitte
Accenture Strategy

Am I missing any notable firms? I don't believe Roland Berger has any offices in Canada. Thank you in advance!

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

First of all, you are right that most consulting firms, except for McKinsey, BCG, and Bain, don't post application timelines as early or as clearly, but you can expect a similar cycle.
Moreover, I would strongly advise you to contact the recruiting teams as soon as possible to verify the dates, as they are the only ones who know for certain.

hi!

you're right, MBB usually post early and clearly. for the others: most will open apps between late June and August for summer 2026 roles, with deadlines around August–September. EY-Parthenon, Strategy&, and Deloitte Monitor tend to follow similar cycles to MBB. Oliver Wyman often posts a bit later. Accenture Strategy and LEK may vary more by school, so keep an eye on your career portal too.

you’re not missing much—Roland Berger doesn’t have a Canada office. maybe also check out Simon-Kucher, ZS, and Dalberg (if you're open to social impact) as additional options.

Hi there,

This is the messy part of the recruitment process. But if you know how to approach it well, you're already ahead of most candidates.

These dates are not centralised anywhere.

Your best bet is to reach out independently to each recruiter from each of these offices and confirm it with them, plus confirm that your profile is relevant for the role that you're targeting.
