What Mckinsey offices have the biggest focus on healthcare cases?

Depends what kind of healthcare you mean - there is variety. 

The Boston office has a lot of Biotech clients. New York has big Pharma clients. If you're looking for Provider / Payer clients, these will be spread across all offices but bear in mind these will be a smaller portion of revenue than Pharma and Biotech.

Therefore, depending on your target regions, I would advise you to research the strength of the regional/national healthcare industry to find out. Nonetheless, there is hardly any country where healthcare is not a major industry for consulting.

1. Boston
2. San Francisco
3. Zurich and Geneva
4. Shanghai
5. London
