BCG Round 1 Behavioral Interview questions

Question

I have a BCG Round 1 FIt Interview coming up for their Summer Associate position. I am trying to prepare answers for a set of questions but unsure of the following:

1 - Why current major - I am a comuter science major so it has provided me technical knowledge as well as quant and problem solving skills. I chose the major to be up-to-date with technological trends and also gain an understanding of product lifecycle while being able to develop solutions myself - how do I connect this to Consulting and BCG?

2 - Why consulting - I have asked myself this and it really comes down to being able to solve diverse set of problems, challenging myself with every new engagement or situtation and immersing myself in a high-paced environment - what's a strong way to put this as a STEM major

3 - Why BCG - based on my interactions with alums from my uni, I really haven't been able to pick a strong point. I do however notice that they carry themselves with confidence and poise and most times attribute it to the self-growth and personal development they have experienced. I admire this - is this a good point? Should I focus on a specific office that I highlighted in my application?

First of all, all answers you provided may work, depending on how you precisely articulate them. From the brief description, it is hard to give a definite answer.
Moreover, I would highly advise you to think critically about what would demonstrate your personal fit with the firm when providing answers to these questions, and weave this in.
