Any consulting firm hiring in Dubai for entry level roles right now?

Any at all - Tier 1,2,3 etc. I heard hiring is slow, is that true?

MBA at LBS - Joining McKinsey London - Unconventional Background - First Session 50% off!!

Yep definitely still happening - I've coached early career students at LBS who have had interviews at MBB, Kearney, OW etc.

Have you reached out to the ME recruiting teams from your target firms? They'll be the best to get clarity!

Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • Yes, several of my coachees have been invited and/or offered positions in the Dubai offices of consulting firms.

You can find more on this topic here: How to succeed in the final interview round.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming applications, pre-interview assessments and/or interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen

Hey there ?, the hiring pace in Dubai for entry-level consulting roles has been a bit slower recently, and this trend seems to affect firms across all tiers. While larger, well-known consultancies might be more cautious, there are still opportunities out there, especially with boutique or specialized firms. I’d recommend keeping an eye on job boards, LinkedIn, and firm career pages, and also consider networking with local recruiters to stay updated on any openings. Best, Alessa ?

Hey there,

They typically recruit on a rolling basis throughout the year, but they can do batching of candidates. There is always a need for candidates but of course levels change as the amount of work each office has changes

I'd reach out to recruiters for more specific details and information

All the best

Hey there,

Hiring is VERY slow but still ongoing due to the natural turnover (esp. in the region).

Cheers,

Hi there,

hiring is a bit slower than in recent years given the overall macroeconomic environment. However, definitely still happening.

Best,
Sebastian
