BCG ME CurrentProcess Senior Associate - Experienced

Hi,

On the 22nd October, I applied for the Senior Associate - Experienced position at BCG Dubai.

Last week, I followed up on my interview process, but I did not receive a response. What do you suggest I do next? Additionally, do you have any updates on the current hiring process for this position, they are already interviewing people?

Thank you

If you didn’t apply with referrals, If you didn’t apply with referrals, reach out to recruiters directly. Start with a phone call, then follow up by email, and finally on LinkedIn for maximum effectiveness. Continue following up weekly until you receive a response, and don’t hesitate to contact other recruiters if needed.. Hi there,

The best way to receive a direct response is to call them. After more than a month of waiting, I'd opt for that!

Fingers crossed!

Kind regards,

Florian

Direct outreach (email/call) is the clear next step. I would space out comms by 1-2 weeks. I would NOT do the all-out comms in a way that makes you seem desperate (email, call, LinkedIn at the same time).

Even if you didn't get a referral, try networking with a consultant in the office and ask them to check in with recruiting on your behalf.

Contact the recruiter directly to inquire about the status. This often elicits quicker responses than emails. If no response to the call, send a polite email reiterating your interest and asking for an update.

Best of luck
