I am currently designing a charging model for a new employee portal which will be used across DPDHL Group. At a task level that means analyzing as-is vs. to-be cost model, analyzing charging mechanisms, aligning decisions with IT and business stakeholders.
As a company, we are also involved in topics related to operations optimization, digitalization, market entry, finance, HR, etc.
