ich habe ein sehr persönliches Thema, da ich nicht mehr ganz am Anfang meiner Karriere stehe und auch das Thema Familienplanung in den nächsten Jahren gerne angehen würde. Dabei habe ich das Gefühl, dass ich mich zwischen einer ambitionierten Karriere im Consulting oder einem möglichen Kind entscheiden muss. Beides scheint mir schwierig vereinbar. Wie seht ihr das und welche Erfahrungen habt ihr gemacht?

Thanks for raising such an interesting and important question, one that resonates with many consultants and professionals alike.
