The classic “consultants travel Monday to Thursday every week” setup is no longer the standard for us. Travel at Inverto is much more needs-based today.
At the beginning of a project, we typically travel a bit more to get to know the client’s stakeholders and build relationships. Once that foundation is there, travel is usually rather required for specific meetings or workshops. So many teams end up traveling Monday to Wednesday or Tuesday to Thursday.
Whenever we’re not on the client site, we can freely choose whether we prefer to work from home or from the office – depending on what works best for us and the team.
