Hallo, vielen Dank für deine Frage.
Bei uns gibt es keine Frauenquote. Dennoch würde ich mich freuen, mehr “Mädels” in Beratungen und auch bei uns zu sehen. Wir sind auch aktiv dabei, Frauennetzwerke zu unterstützen. Für zeb streben wir einen Frauenanteil von 25% bis 2030 an. Liebe Grüße Mariesa
Hallo, vielen Dank für die Frage. Bei Volkswagen Consulting gibt es auch keine Frauenquote. Aktuell liegen wir bei ca. 25%. In puncto Vielfalt sind wir hier noch nicht am Ziel angekommen - insbesondere was den Anteil an BeraterInnen betritt.

We also do not have quota for female consultants at ECON. However, we always strive to have more women into ECON and hence, organize targeted recruiting and sourcing activities to women (such as this event with Preplounge).
