The quick answer is no, German is not mandatory for your work at ADV C!
The working language (incl. slides) is English at ADV C and we are a highly international workforce, so that we all speak English most of the time in the office. Maybe to add on this, however, ADV C offers German classes for free for non-native German people to enable learning and support all our colleagues to learn more about the German culture if they maybe moved to Munich for the job.

You do not have to speak German!
We are an international team mainly working/speaking to each other in English.
When I joined SAC, I did not know any German. I have never had any problem with that.
