Yes, DHL Consulting does provide visa sponsorship. I have a non-EU passport and DHLC sponsored for my visa to work in Germany. An agency takes care of processing everything for you (this also includes registering in city hall and assisting you in searching for an apartment). DHLC also sponsors the US H-1B visa, but, from my understanding, this is more tricky since, regardless of the sponsorship, the government still puts you in a lottery to receive the visa.
