Why not transfer the integrality of the production to China?

Hi Ian! I was referring to the RB case: Light On ! The solution proposes to open new production facilities in China and in the USA. But why not centralize all the production in China and supply Asia, Europe, and the USA from a unique facility? And instead of building a production facility in the USA, develop distribution channels and supply platforms.
