Are you asking what clarifying Qs you should ask? Or are you asking for help on your frameworking? Or is this more about case leadership and what to ask during the case?

Hi there, can you explain what you mean by growth options? 
 

If you meant career tracks, you can simply ask the interviewer what are the various tracks you can consider as you grow in the company.
