What is the OC&C assessment like?

I have recently received an OC&C assessment to complete in the following days and was wondering what kind of assessment should I expect. I haven't heard of OC&C too much and don't know any current employees either so would appreciate some information on it.

OC&C's pre-interview assessment appears to be a numerical reasoning exercise, similar to what you may know from other assessments you have done in the past.

is it possible to use calculator during the mapped numerical based multiple-choice assessment or they expect you to do mental math?

I am quite sure that they will not prohibit the use of a calculator, but they will either way detail this.

Hi there,

Pre-interview: OC&C is usually doing an online interview (HireVue) and a test similar to the SOVA or TestGorilla.
Interview: Expect normal cases, usually candidate-led, and general fit interviews. In the past, I talked to people who also went through a group discussion.
