• First of all, and contrary to what other coaches have said, based on the experience of my coachees, OC&C's pre-interview assessment seems to focus purely on quantitative reasoning.

Hi Lucas!

The test lasts 45 minutes and follows a format similar to the GMAT. It is divided into three sections that assess both quantitative and verbal reasoning skills. As you progress, the questions become increasingly challenging. 
There are a lot of good and free materials for practice in GMAT online, such as GMAT club and Veritas Prep YouTube.
