Recent MBA grad - laid off from first role - looking at MBB - UK

Hi, I’m a recent MBA grad w 4 yoe from a top Business school in Europe (IE Business School). I recruited for tech - an AI start-up in Europe but was laid off for admin reasons. Now that I’m unemployed I’m targeting consulting. Since I’ve graduated the path valid to me is EH

Questions:-

1. For Bain - do I apply to senior associate consultant or consultant. For the latter, in the automated email they mention 5-10 with MBA optional. I followed up but haven’t gotten a reply.

2. For LEK - same question - they have their cycle running for Associate consultant and consultant with their consultant role explicitly demanding 5-10 years IN CONSULTING, but is the typical post mba role.
