Question about

=> 60% * GK CtB * 11,4% = 60% * 80M = 48M

Hi there,

I would be happy to share my thoughts on your question:

  • First of all, I agree with you that cancelling all non-regulatory projects, which represent 60% of the project portfolio, does not necessarily imply a change in the IT intensity of the firms as a whole. So while I can't follow their calculation, I can follow yours, assuming that it's also 60% of the cost value of the project portfolio, not just the number of projects in it.
  • Moreover, if this were an interview, I would highly advise you to clarify the potential impact of cancelling all non-regulatory projects on both cost and IT intensity first.

If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.

Best,

Hagen
