Question 1: Incorrect possible solution

Currently working at Capgemini Invent Belgium- Here to improve my case solving. HMU if you are looking for a job.

In the solution provided in question 1 it states that “you could shut down unprofitable product segments” as a given solution for how to increase revenues. 

In my opinion, this is incorrect since it would not increase revenue and will even decrease the revenue. It might however increase the profit but since this is not the question I think this possible solution is not correct.

Nice objective-driven approach here! You're absolutely right that this would not increase revenues and therefore is not really an option in the context of the question.
