Hi! Do you know if OW's May 11 deadline for summer 2026 interns are rolling? And what is the timeline for OW recruiting in general, ie. if I apply by May 11, when would I expect to hear back from them for first-round interviews invite if I get one? Thank you!
Oliver Wyman Summer 2026 Intern

Hi,
If you apply later then the initial deadline of 11 May, you risk they are not taking applications anymore, so better to apply before. You can expect an answer between 2-6 weeks.
Feel free to reach out via chat for more information.

Hi,
Deadline: to be honest, no one outside Recruiting knows this for sure. I would suggest applying by May 11 to be on the safe side.
Review: I have seen and heard 2-4 weeks after the deadline.
Best of luck!

Hi,
Apply BEFORE the 11th to be on the safe side. You can ask the recruiting team, but it's better to apply before a stipulated date.
Usually feedback time is 2-4 weeks, but if there is a large number of applicants, it could take longer.

Don't take a risk on this.
If they state May 11th, assume applications will be closed afterwards.

Hey there!
Oliver Wyman's deadlines for summer internships are typically not rolling, so if the deadline is May 11, it's best to submit your application by then. After that, the recruitment timeline usually follows these steps:
- First-Round Interviews: You can expect to hear back about 2–3 weeks after the application deadline if you're selected for interviews.
- Second-Round Interviews: If you make it to the second round, it might be scheduled shortly after the first, and you should hear back relatively quickly after that.
Since recruitment timelines can vary slightly each year, it’s always a good idea to keep an eye on any updates from OW. If you don’t hear back by the expected time, feel free to follow up with the recruiter!
Best,
Alessa

Honestly, impossible to know unless you're part of their recruiting team.
The standard practice is that recruiters assess the applications as they come in and sometimes, indeed, they would stop taking in applications even before the deadline if they feel they have enough candidates in the pipeline.
Best,
Cristian
