I was a JEM at McKinsey, NA and have participated in the recruitment cycle as advanced degree recruitment ambassador and interviewer. I have held group coaching sessions, office hours and 1 on 1s with candidates and am very familiar with the Insight/Diversity Connect programs as well as the full time recruitment.
