Oliver Wyman - Pre-Interview Test (Koru)

Anonymous A asked on Oct 16, 2019 - 1 answer

Anyone experience/insights on the Oliver Wyman (Koru) Pre-Interview Test (Germany)?

It says that I can pause at any time and access later if I want. It is supposed to take 20min. And asks the following:

Here's what you'll be asked about:

  1. Your work style preferences
  2. Your past work experiences
  3. Your past non-work and academic experience

So I suppose it's rather about my personality instead of any math, etc.?

Thank you in advance!

Also had to do this for the London office earlier this week. There was no math just personality based questions. I'll let you know how it went once I hear back.

hi I spoke to a recruiter from OW and she mentioned that the test is not a screening tool (yet) as it is just being piloted out and they are still gathering data on it. Thus she advised us to answer as honestly as we can. — Anonymous C on Oct 18, 2019
